The Opera Rome

The taste of the coffee will have a deeper taste as it goes to the south of Europe. Milano, Florence, and Rome. This is because the climate, natural features, culture, and a different food culture create a pleasant aura. We have reproduced a highly aromatic and rich tasted Italian Espresso Rome coffee.  It goes well with milk and you can enjoy it as a cappuccino or as a café latte.

 

Quartet Bitter Sweet

Minato town Kobe, where Japanese culture intersects western culture. Through the ages, the Kobe residents have loved western culture and coffee, it has tickled their sense of smell.  “Kobe Rokkoku Blend No.1” is made by a skill-experienced coffee bean roaster. Kobe Rokkoku Blend is a coffee that fully expresses the traditional taste of Kobe’s rich tasted and aromatic smelled the coffee. We have made this particular coffee “A familiar taste in Kobe” as a motif. We deliciously finished Kobe rokkoku Blend No.1 with a mellow taste.

This type of coffee goes well with arrange menus and it is deeply roasted.  Even though you mix it with milk, you can taste the coffee very well.  We made our best to make our coffee, by making it an “After mix blend,” we deliciously finished with a deep taste of the coffee. By using a Brazilian coffee bean, we added a more rich sense to the coffee.  

What is, “After mix Blend?”

It is a technique to blend the beans roasted in an agricultural commodity. That is what we call “After mix Blend.” The feature of this coffee is its richness. 

We roast it plumply carefully one by one and provide it in the freshest condition to our customers. What we seek is the beans of its land and that is why it is delicious. By fully utilizing the characteristics of the beans, and then carefully selecting only the high-quality coffee beans roasting to give customers the best coffee, is our pleasure.  

To always provide the best coffee, we carefully make our coffee by paying attention to the quality, blending, freshness, and temperature of the hot water for each drop of the coffee.
